FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: fixed component of turbomachine includes housing having base surface, which faces rotating component of turbomachine and has shaped projections, binding layer and upper layer. Binding layer covers the base surface of the housing, and the covering adhesive layer is made of an abradable ceramic material. Upper surface of the fixed component has shaped protrusions, the shape of which is similar to the shape of shaped ledges of the base surface. Figured protrusions form an abradable seal between the fixed and rotating components of the turbomachine. During manufacturing of fixed component of turbomachine base surface of housing is covered with binding layer. Binding layer is then coated with an upper layer made of abradable ceramic material to form an upper surface of said fixed component. Another invention of the group relates to a turbomachine comprising said fixed component.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify production of shaped projections in an abradable seal of a turbomachine component.
