FIELD: turbines or turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to worn-in seal materials of turbomachine. Material contains powdered filler particles with powder particle size of 30 mcm to 100 mcm and powder additive adhesively joined to each other in monolithic material. Filler material used is an alloy of the following composition: Cr is from 12.0 to 14.0 wt%, Mo is from 1.5 to 2.5 wt%, Ti is 0.08 wt%, C is 0.08 wt%, Si is 0.10 wt%, Mg – 0.20 wt%, Fe – the rest. Powder additive used is 4–5 wt% hexagonal boron nitride, 0.8–1.2 wt% barium sulphate and 0.8–1.8 wt% zinc stearate. Powder of hexagonal boron nitride has particle size from 30 mcm to 100 mcm, barium sulphate – from 20 mcm to 100 mcm, and zinc stearate – from 20 mcm to 100 mcm.
EFFECT: high running-in ability, mechanical strength and wear resistance of the seal material.
