FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental pharmacology, and can be used for correction of acute pancreatitis in rats using montmorillonite-based enterosorbent. That is ensured by simulating acute pancreatitis by intraperitoneal single administration of a solution of L-arginine in a phosphate buffer pH = 6.8 in dose of 1.5 g/kg. That is followed by correcting acute pancreatitis by intragastric introduction of an enterosorbent based on montmorillonite. Montmorillonite-based enterosorbent is activated with hydrochloric acid and contains montmorillonite 62.1 wt%; silver 0.11 wt%; organic additives: dextrose, vanillin, saccharine 37.79 wt%.
EFFECT: invention reduces blood serum amylase activity.
