FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: underwater pontoon bridge is located in underwater space limited by tension ropes resting on underwater pontoons is located above bottom of water reservoir without support to bottom. When erecting an underwater bridge on the connected banks, support walls with openings are installed, the upper part of the windows are located below the water level in the water body, tension ropes are passed through the retaining walls, which determine the bridge route, on which through certain gaps there arranged are limiting rings, made with possibility to change circumference of ring, pontoons are fixed at the bottom of the rings with possibility of their filling with water and removal of water, and sections of the bridge are placed into the sluice chamber and moved to the bridge route.
EFFECT: underwater pontoon bridge and method of its construction are proposed.
