SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shipbuilding and can be used as the propulsor of ships and submarines. Submarine propulsor includes rigidly fixed to the body of the submarine circular aperture and electro-hydraulic pump. Electrohydraulic pump is located in a vacuum chamber with the possibility of supplying water to the annular diaphragm, with the water inlet of the pump, and is located in the bow of the submarine.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction of noise at a flow of water around the bow of the submarine.
