FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of extracting petrothermal energy with subsequent application in heat supply and cooling systems. From the well with a temperature gradient along the casing pipe the heat carrier is supplied to the underground boiler-heat exchanger, is heated, rises along the pipe concentrically lowered into the casing pipe and transfers heat to the consumer by means of the heat pump. Then the heat carrier is cooled down and again enters the well, the cycle is repeated. In warm period is used for cold supply, including operation of second heat pump. In order to create underground heat exchanger boiler by method of multistage hydraulic fracturing there made are depth-shifted holes in end part of casing pipe and pipe concentrically lowered into casing pipe. To form an underground boiler-heat exchanger fluid for hydraulic fracturing is supplied first through a pipe, concentrically lowered into the casing pipe for formation of cracks, after washed with acid solution to reduce resistance to movement of liquid in cracks, and then along casing with removal of flushing liquid through pipe, concentrically lowered into casing pipe.

EFFECT: reduced depth of drilling without loss of heat power.
