SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of processing broadband pseudo-random signals with code phase manipulation in radar receiving devices and devices of measurement equipment. Digital multichannel correlator of phase-shift keyed signals comprises generator of reference code sequence, an analogue-to-digital converter, a shift register, a synchronization device and N processing channels, an adder-subtractor with accumulation is inserted into each channel, wherein the output of the analogue-to-digital converter is connected to the input of the shift register, each of the N outputs of which is in parallel connected to the second information inputs of the adder-subtractors of the corresponding channels, and the output of each adder-subtractor is connected to its own first information input and is the output of the device, output of generator of reference code sequence is simultaneously connected to control input of each adder-subtractor, and outputs of synchronization device are connected to clock inputs of analogue-to-digital converter, shift register and generator of reference code sequence.

EFFECT: faster operation of a multichannel correlator.
