SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical composition for inducing bone and/or cartilage anabolism containing specific hydantoin derivatives. Group of inventions also involves use of said composition and a method of inducing bone and/or cartilaginous anabolism in a patient in need of preventing bone loss in periodontal disease, facilitating recovering defect of alveolar bone after tooth extraction or facilitating recovery of articular cartilage deficit.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables using specific hydantoin derivatives exhibiting strong cAMP-producing capacity in cells expressing human PTH1R and having high stability with respect to metabolism in human liver microsomes.
