SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of imidazopyridine of formula (I),
where: each of R1 and R2 is H; one of R3 and R6 is H, and the other is Y1; each of R4 and R5 is independently selected from a group consisting of (1) H, (2) halogen, (3) C1-6-alkyl, optionally substituted with one to three halogen atoms, and (4) C1-6-alkoxy, optionally substituted with one to three halogen atoms; Y1 is a group having the following formula:
the dotted line is an optional double bond; Q is -C(Ra)(Ra')-, -N(Ra)- or -O-; T is -C (Ra)(Ra')- or -N(Ra)-; Ra is selected from a group consisting of (1) H, (2) C1-6-alkyl, and (3) phenyl; wherein each of alkyl and phenyl is optionally substituted with one substitute independently selected from halogen and 6-member heteromonocyclic group containing one ring heteroatom, selected from oxygen; Ra' is selected from a group consisting of (1) H and (2) C1-6-alkyl; Rb represents C 1-6 -alkyl; each of R c and R d is independently selected from a group consisting of (1) H, (2) C1–6-alkyl, and (3) oxo; m is 0, 1 or 2; n equals 0, 1 or 2; and p is 0 or 1, which are inhibitors of indolamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) and/or tryptophan-2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) enzymes; also disclosed is use of compounds in potential treatment or prevention of development of IDO- and/or TDO-associated disease or disorder, compositions containing these compounds, and use of compounds in potential treatment or prevention of developing IDO- and/or TDO-associated disease or disorder.
EFFECT: novel substituted imidazopyridine compounds as inhibitors of indolamine-2,3-dioxygenase and/or tryptophan-2,3-dioxygenase.
