FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and endocrinology, and can be used in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method for assessing the clinical effectiveness of type 2 diabetes mellitus, consisting in analyzing severity of blebbing formation of lymphocytes of peripheral blood, differs by the fact that neutrobil blobbing is additionally studied, lymphocyte and neutrophil blebbing count is carried out in 5 fields of vision, changes in the quality of life on the scale of total neuropathy assessment (TSS) are determined in the form of total score, these studies are performed for the first time on 1–4th day and the second time on 16th–18th day of treatment and when observing re-examination of 43–45 % of neutrophils and 50.5–63.3 % of lymphocytes in the blubbing state and reducing the TSS score to 9.6 points or less, the effectiveness of the treatment is stated.
EFFECT: what is presented is a method for assessing the clinical effectiveness of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
