FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for colostomy. Retrofacial-retroperitoneal canal is formed with detachment of the parietal peritoneum and posterior fascia of transverse abdominal muscle from abdominal transverse muscle fibers and perforation of the latter at the level of its lateral edge. Hole is made in the anterior abdominal wall in the direction of the planned stoma projection, mobilization of the colon, cleaning of the distal portion of the intestine from the fat suspensions. Colonic stump is formed through a formed retrofascial retroperitoneal canal. End of the derived intestine along the circumference is fixed to the skin. Stoma lumen is opened.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of parastomal hernia development.
