FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to powdered mixture based on diffusion-alloyed powder and ferroalloys. It can be used for production of critical structural powder parts. Ferroalloy powders are crushed to particle size of not more than 120 mcm, sieved and activated for 5–30 minutes in planetary-centrifugal mill at drum rotation speed of 1,000–1,800 rpm and planetary disk rotation speed of 600–900 rpm, at ratio of mill balls weight to charge weight of ferroalloy powders of 20:1. Synthesis is carried out in argon atmosphere at pressure of 3–4 atm. Diffusion-alloyed iron-based powder containing the following, is fed into the obtained mixture, wt%: 0.5–5 nickel, 0.5–4 copper, 0.5–1.5 molybdenum, the rest is iron, and mixed for 45–90 minutes. Lubricant is added based on copper, nickel, iron or manganese stearates, mixed with the main mixture for 30-60 minutes, then graphite is introduced with particle size of not more than 30 mcm, mixing it with mixture for 30–60 minutes. Obtained mixture is heated, mixed at temperature 80–130 °C and granulated.
EFFECT: obtaining a mixture with reduced segregation and dust formation, having satisfactory fluidity and improved sintering.
