FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to complex-alloyed powder mixture ready for molding articles. Sprayed iron powder is pre-mixed with sprayed bronze powder with particle size of 30–100 mcm in amount of 0.1–2 wt% for 20–40 minutes. In the produced mixture one introduces a lubricant based on stearate of one additive from the group: copper, nickel, iron, manganese and is mixed at temperature of 100–150 °C for 20–40 minutes, after which graphite is added to said warm mixture in amount of 0.2–1.5 wt% with particle size of not more than 30 mcm. Mixing is carried out for 30–60 minutes, then additive activating sintering process is added to obtained mixture in amount of 0.05–3.0 wt% in the form of nano-oxide of one or more elements from group: iron, nickel, copper.
EFFECT: reduced segregation and dust formation of mixture, improved sintering, increased density of workpiece and quality of finished product.
