SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for delivery of skin care compositions, in particular active components and cosmetic components. Multilayer system for delivering a skin care composition contains a flexible coating layer, a first adhesive layer and a reservoir. Flexible cover layer forms upper surface of delivery system and is attached to connection layer with possibility of removal, wherein connecting layer has upper surface facing flexible cover layer, opposite lower surface, outer perimeter and forms inner free volume, substantially closed by flexible cover layer. First adhesive layer is placed on the lower surface of the delivery system and protected with a detachable protective coating. Reservoir is attached to lower surface of flexible cover layer and extending from it into inner free volume, wherein the reservoir is arranged in fluid communication with the inner free volume such that the skin care composition enters the internal free volume from the moment of reservoir rupture.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing accuracy of ingress of used low-viscosity liquid on processed part of skin.
