FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and machine for making raw articles made from at least one material selected from ceramic materials and metal materials using additive processes. Invention consists in selecting a suspension of a ceramic or metal photocurable composition (CPC or MPC); preparing an ablative organic material (SOM) capable of forming a photocurable layer and being destructed by heating; making one or more articles on the working tray, forming successive layers of SOM. Each layer of SOM undergoes curing by irradiation. One or more articles based on CPS or MPC is made by forming and processing at least one recess in at least one layer of hardened SOM. Placed inside one or more depressions CPC or MPC. Cured with radiation of CPC or MPC to obtain solid horizontal surface of same level as adjacent layer of hardened SOM. When forming each recess, its boundaries are defined in accordance with one or more samples pre-determined from a computer model, and its depth/depths are selected to ensure continuity of one or more manufactured articles. One or more raw articles inserted into the SOM are obtained, which are subjected to cleaning from the binder by heating to destroy the SOM in which they are located.

EFFECT: optimization of article cleaning, prevention of destruction of articles with cantilever surfaces.
