FIELD: additive manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce functional items from ceramics, metals and composites, in particular, it can be used to produce cooled blades of gas turbine engines. The method involves layer-by-layer application of a non-flowing paste-like mixture of ceramic, metal or composite powder with a photopolymer resin with a single layer height of 0.2 to 0.6 mm, depending on the fractional composition, and its polymerization by ultraviolet radiation in a shell fragment previously manufactured with high precision. A fragment of the shell, the height of which corresponds to the thickness of the applied layer of the paste mixture, is obtained layer by layer with a height of one layer of 0.01 mm from a dissolving, melting, or burning material. One layer of the non-flowing paste-like mixture is applied into the cavity of this fragment of the shell, forming the geometry of the product, levelled, irradiated with a source of ultraviolet radiation to polymerize the binder, and then these operations are repeated until the raw product covered with the shell is completely obtained, after which the shell is removed, the binder is removed and sintering. Application of layers of the non-flowing paste-like mixture can be carried out in a vacuum chamber, and each applied layer of non-flowing paste-like mixture can be treated with microwave waves and compacted with a pressing device before polymerization.
EFFECT: improved geometric accuracy of the items and quality of their surface.
