FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to erection of buildings with automatic compensation for non-uniformity of settlement of building on heterogeneous weak soil. Foundation of the building, the structure made in the pit, includes a rigid support contour and base for the building and structure mounted along the perimeter. Base is made in the form of an inflatable flat sectional pad consisting of separate welded sealed compartments separated by bulkheads and bounded from above by top and bottom membranes welded to each other. Upper diaphragm has stiffness to allow final movement of the building, which is not more than 1/20 of the part of maximum deformation of the building, and the bottom one has rigidity that is at least three times less than the rigidity of the base. Working pressure in cushion sections, which is provided by automatic air pumping system to maintain unchanged position of building, exceeds pressure under base of foundation from load of building under construction by at least 40 %. Foundation transmitting pressure from the building to the rigid upper membrane is rigid.
EFFECT: reduction of foundation deposits, improvement of building structure reliability.
