FIELD: packaging and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of reservoirs intended for transportation of liquids, namely, to tanker of tank bottom loading valve interlocker, and can be used as part of electronic system of tank trucks. Lower filling valve shutdown device comprises a housing, in which a pneumatic cylinder with a gate is installed, which is intended for mechanical blocking of the bottom fill valve (hereinafter – valve), and a blocker sensor connected to a controller, which receives, processes and stores data received from the sensor blocker sensors placed in the sensor housing, where the gate installed on the protruding from the housing of the blocker into its inner cavity of the pneumatic cylinder piston end, is made in the form of a magnet used on the fixation of the fastener on the piston of the pneumatic cylinder of the adjusting screw, which axis is perpendicular to the axis of the pneumatic cylinder piston, and the adjusting screw head is directed towards the valve stem end, wherein the rod and the adjusting screw axes are parallel and lie in the pneumatic cylinder piston axial movement plane; control signal for displacement of pneumatic cylinder piston is supply via air feeder pneumatic cylinder inbuilt into airframe air casing into pneumatic cylinder system air space between blocker body and air cylinder piston or its bleeding to ambient medium: at actuation of control signal gate, moving with piston of pneumatic cylinder, moves away from valve stem in direction perpendicular to axis of stock, increasing distance between axes of adjusting screw and stem by value of longitudinal displacement of piston of pneumatic cylinder – valve is unlocked; when control signal is switched off, the pneumatic cylinder piston returns the gate to its initial position when the adjusting screw head prevents the valve stem movement in the axial direction – the valve is blocked; arranged in blocker sensor housing, sensor measures intensity of magnetic field of magnet installed in retainer of magnet, and reacts to its change when said magnet moves relative to housing of blocker sensor when blocker gate position is changed relative to valve stem; in the blocker sensor housing, on its end located in the locker housing cavity, an optical sensor is installed, which transmits a signal correspondingly to absence or presence of liquid in the blocker. Preferably, this version of blocker is implemented, when: (a) the blocker sensor is installed at an angle to the cylinder axis of the pneumatic cylinder, the said angle is equal to the angle of inclination of the surface of the magnet installed in the magnet retainer, which faces the body of the sensor of the blocker; (b) in the blocker sensor housing there is a sensor which measures the temperature of the medium around the blocker sensor part located in the blocker cavity, (c) the design provides for the emergency unlocking of the valve.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of technological effectiveness of structure Locker API, which is expressed in its repairability and improved operational properties.
