SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to equipment of pipelines for movement of liquids, in particular, when performing input-expenditure operations, transportation in tanks by vehicles and storage in stationary tanks. Electronic sealing systems include a combined sensor for determining the condition of a pipeline shut-off valve, which consists of a processing unit and two sensors connected to it. One sensor is a shutoff valve closing / opening sensor configured to determine the stop valve stem position. Other sensor is a liquid sensor which is configured to detect the level of the interface between the air and liquid medium. Processing unit is configured to receive signals from two said sensors, their conversion, encoding and transmission of encoded information on shut-off valve status to external control unit.

EFFECT: high reliability of information on the state of the valve by directly determining the position of the stem of the shut-off valve and improving safety of data transmission.
