FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrospinning fibres, comprising: i) first and second hydrophilic fibre-forming polymers which are soluble in the hydrophilic solvent, ii) a bioadhesive substance which is slightly soluble in said hydrophilic solvent, iv) a medicinal substance, in which the first hydrophilic polymer has water solubility at 37 °C, that, at least, is 10 times greater than solubility in water at 37 °C of second hydrophilic fibre-forming polymer, and in which bioadhesive substance is present in solid form.

EFFECT: disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing electrohydrodynamically produced fibres, a composition having improved retention time in the application site.
