SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and balneology, and can be used for restorative treatment of concomitant diseases of joints and spine in patients with cardio- and cerebrovascular pathologies, including in the elderly. Rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular and bronchopulmonary diseases with accompanying chronic pain syndromes of the spine and / or joints – shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, including in the elderly, includes mud cure for 20 minutes every other day, with a temperature application of 38–40°. Additionally includes climatic treatment, massage, therapeutic gymnastics and terrenkur as part of restorative sanatorium treatment. Mud therapy is represented by natural mud-volcano pelites of the Bulganak deposit by course of 8–10 procedures. Bipolar electrophoresis of the comparative water of the Bulganak deposit is prescribed as a mud cure method directly in the area of pain manifestations.
