FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary rolling equipment for straightening of thick sheets. Roller equipment of the roller straightening machine comprises output lines mounted on the reinforcement beam and guides installed between them. Improvement of sheet quality after its straightening in roller straightening machine at its exit is provided due to fact that guides are wedge-shaped, between rulers and guides on the left and on the right, symmetrically relative to main horizontal axis of rolled sheet, installed are fixed on reinforcing bar two wedges with rack gears and electric drives, on wedge-shaped guides on side of rolled sheet is rigidly fixed housing, in which bearings are installed vertical idle rollers, wherein wedge-shaped guides and lead lines are interconnected by compression springs.
EFFECT: invention improves dressing quality by about (20–7,5) %.
