FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to artillery mounts. Method of reduction of mechanical stress in tower plant at high-speed firing, at which kinetic energy of barrel motion at recoil is converted into electric energy, which is converted into heat energy. When the barrel is retracted, the magnet fixed on the rod connected to the shaft induces an electromotive force in the fixed coil. Generated electric current is directed to heating element.
EFFECT: reduction of elastic stress energy in the tower plant housing during firing from a gun with a movable barrel.
