FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of grinding mineral materials which can be used, in particular, in production of cement clinker. Crusher comprises a crushing shaft, a drum with a horizontal axis, the inner wall of which has a raceway for a crushing shaft located inside the drum, means to rotate the drum about its axis at a rate which provides material centrifugation, means for pressing the crushing shaft to the drum track, inlet for grinding material loading on one of the drum ends and outlet on the other drum end, as well as material movement control means. At that, for material movement so that it passes only part of drum length at each revolution and passed several times between drum and shaft, before reaching the outlet, control means comprise at least one scraper located inside the drum in the upper down part, made with possibility of separation of material from the raceway, and deflecting plate located under scraper so that to intercept material separated by scraper and to deflect it in direction of scraper exit. Roller path is continued by outlet collar made with possibility to prevent flow of material and located at output of said crushing shaft in direction of material movement, wherein said ledge comprises several elements arranged along said drum inner circumference.
EFFECT: crusher provides higher efficiency of mineral materials grinding.
