SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a hematogen which contains concentrated apple juice, molasses, agar-agar, black food albumen, citric acid, vanillin, purified water at the following ratio of initial ingredients, wt%: apple concentrated juice 19.0–21.0; molasses 40.0–42.0; agar-agar 0.8–1.0; black food albumin – 1.0–3.0; citric acid 0.10–0.15; vanillin 0.01–0.02; purified water – balance.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enhancement of nutritive and organoleptic properties of food hematogen intended for preventive and special dietary alimentation, with reduction of sugar content.
