FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Engine comprises cylinder block with mounting surface and sleeve (100) of cylinder, containing axis (118) of cylinder. Unit defines first jacket (112) for fluid medium around the sleeve, second jacket (114) for fluid medium around the sleeve and third jacket (116) for fluid medium around the sleeve. First, the second and third jacket (112), (114) and (116) for fluid medium are not connected by fluid medium to each other and are located at some distance from each other along axis (118) of the cylinder. Invention discloses engine and method of forming engine unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of uniformity of temperature on all surfaces of walls of cylinders.
