FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power industry, which partially uses alternative sources of fuel. Heat and gas plant is made in the form of a single device having a multistep body made in the form of two tubes with one another inserted with a gap forming a process case divided into insulated stages of the process cylinder according to the number of stages of the fuel mixture preparation process, and a fire chamber formed by the inner pipe capacity. At the outlet of the fire chamber there is an element for forming the working flame in the form of a narrowing device, and at the input there is an ignition pulse device, a start-up system including an external heater, a starting burner and a working burner. Plant also includes an injector mixer and pipelines, fuel tanks in the form of separate consumption tanks for water and a hydrocarbon component. Output of the last stage of the process cylinder is connected via a pipeline to the input of the fire chamber. Process cylinder is four-staged. Each stage is made cylindrical with placement on inner surface of stages of longitudinal blades with angle of up to 3° to fire flame axial line or cone-shaped line. First stage corresponds to steam generation stage, second stage is stages of water vapor heating and mixing of components, third stage is stages of components mixing and heating of steam-hydrocarbon mixture to temperature of initial stage of gaseous fuel formation, the fourth stage is the stage of mixture heating to the temperature of hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel production. Output of the first stage is connected to the input of the second stage or to the heater of the hydrocarbon supply tank, the output of the second stage is connected to the first input of the injector mixer, the output of which is connected to the input of the third stage. Output of the third stage is connected to the inlet of the fourth stage, as well as to the burner burner nozzle. Inside cavities of heating stages there arranged are spiral partitions. Apparatus can be used as a catalyst for hydrocarbons in gaseous or liquid or solid phase state. When using gaseous saturated hydrocarbons, they are fed into empty hydrocarbon feed tank with excess pressure. When hydrocarbons are used in solid phase fuel tanks of hydrocarbon component are equipped with heater. Containers are under excessive pressure and equipped with backup containers of consumable components, and inlet to fire chamber is equipped with cover.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency and universality of energy-saving heat and gas plants generating from water (H2O) in combination with catalyst CnHrn+2 hydrogen-containing gas used for generation of heat and accumulation of hydrogen-containing gas fuel, considerable extension of the range of multi-fuel selection of the hydrocarbon component and universality of application possibilities.
