FIELD: fuel industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel. Method includes start-up in forced heating mode for implementation of self-heating process, supply of components in form of water and hydrocarbon component, pre-loaded into sealed containers, by means of injection with separate input of components, water is supplied to the first stage of housing having insulated stages for heating, for subsequent heating of water in first stage with formation of superheated steam, supply of hydrocarbon component is carried out into mixing device, superheated steam from the first stage of the housing is supplied to a mixing device for mixing with a hydrocarbon component, obtaining a steam-hydrocarbon mixture, which is sent to the second stage of the housing for subsequent heating of the steam-hydrocarbon mixture, and obtaining a hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel from the heated steam-hydrocarbon mixture, which is directed to sprayers for its combustion and creation of an operational flare at the outlet of the fire chamber through an element of the orifice, directing heat power to external consumption. Method is characterized by that the hydrocarbon component is fed into the burner device to create a fire flame, heating of water in the first stage of the housing is carried out at temperature of 560–600 °C, the steam-hydrocarbon mixture in the second stage of the housing is heated to temperature of 800–900 °C, after which it enters the reactor or Pantone reactors from the second stage of the housing with the possibility of obtaining hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel, which is directed from the reactor or Pantone reactors to the sprayers, providing for the operation for self-heating. EFFECT: use of the proposed invention increases efficiency, ensure stability and safety of the process of producing hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel and increase energy performance, and also enables to adjust the combustion mode power of the obtained hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel, reduce energy intensity and consumption of the hydrocarbon component in the obtained hydrogen-containing gaseous fuel.
