FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of soluble acidic and medium sodium, potassium or ammonium phosphates. Method involves reaction of ore containing calcium phosphate with a solution of nitric acid and filtration of insoluble impurities. Calcium phosphate-containing ore is mixed with excess of 0.5–50 wt% solution of nitric acid at temperature 20÷100 °C. Obtained filtrate is mixed with 1–50 wt% nitric acid solution containing aluminum ions in the form of aluminum nitrate with concentration of 1–1,000 g/l, and a solution of an alkaline reagent in form of sodium, potassium or ammonium hydroxide, carbonate or hydroxocarbonate until in solution of pH value 1.5–4.5 and production of aluminum phosphate precipitate, which is separated by filtration and mixed in a separate container with a solution of an alkaline reagent to form a precipitate of aluminum hydroxide, which is separated by filtration from the obtained end product.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of processing calcium phosphate and enables to completely convert a portion of calcium phosphate in one cycle into soluble acidic and medium phosphates of sodium, potassium or ammonium.
