FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: ore processing method is characterized by that ore containing calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate impurity, iron and aluminum oxides and their compounds, as well as silicon dioxide is mixed with 0.5–35 wt% solution of hydrochloric acid, insoluble impurities obtained by reaction of ore with a solution of hydrochloric acid are separated by filtration, the obtained filtrate is mixed with a solution containing trivalent iron ions in form of trivalent iron chloride with concentration of 1–800 g/l and 0–30 wt% hydrochloric acid in molar ratio Fe3+ : PO43- = (0.8–1.2):1, and then with a solution of hydroxide 1–40 wt%, or carbonate 1–20 wt%, or hydroxocarbonate 1–10 wt% sodium, potassium or ammonium to obtain a precipitate of trivalent iron phosphate, which is separated by filtration, then in a separate container is mixed with a solution of hydroxide 1–40 wt%, or carbonate 1–20 wt%, or hydroxocarbonate 1–10 wt% sodium, potassium or ammonium to form a ferric hydroxide precipitate, which is separated by filtration from a solution of acidic or medium sodium phosphate, potassium or ammonium phosphate.
EFFECT: invention enables to develop a reagent method of processing natural ore containing calcium phosphate and various impurities, including iron and aluminum compounds.
