FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Device comprises cylindrical housing (1) with axial loading and tangential unloading devices. Vertical disks (4, 5) with rigidly fixed on them rows of impact elements (6, 7), each of which is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite disc, are arranged in housing (1) with possibility of counter rotation. Axial loading device is made in the form of two hollow horizontal screw shafts (2) rigidly connected with disks. Spreading branch pipes (8, 9) are installed at output of each screw shaft (2) at the same angle to horizontal axis of rotation of disks (4, 5). Axes of spreading branch pipes (8, 9) intersect at points located on circumference of second inner row of impact elements (7). Ends of spreading branch pipe (8) rotating in one direction with first inner row of impact elements (6) are located in openings between adjacent striking elements (6) of said row. Gap between faces of spreading branch pipes (8) and impact elements (7) of second inner row exceeds dmax, where dmax is maximum size of ground particles. Gap between faces of spreading branch pipes (9) installed at output of opposite screw shaft and impact elements (6) of first inner row exceeds dmax.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the grinding process and efficiency of the finished class of the ground material.
