FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes. In the cylindrical casing, top and bottom horizontal disks are installed with the possibility of counter-rotating, they have impact elements secured along the concentric circles, each is located between impact elements of the opposite disk. Spreader pipes are arranged at axial loading pipe outlet at an angle to the top horizontal disk. The inclination angle of the spreading pipes to the upper horizontal disk is greater than the angle of natural slope of the material. Device for uniform material distribution along the working chamber perimeter is arranged at the bottom horizontal disk under spreading pipes. A vertical guide consisting of a curvilinear wall and a straight end face plate is rigidly fixed to the lower horizontal cut of every spreading pipe. Vertical impact elements are attached to the lower horizontal disk. The curvilinear wall is fitted by a groove in its lower part, the right edge of the groove matches the inner surface of the straight end face plate. Dimensions of a calibrating groove correspond to the impact element profile with provision for process clearance. Distance between the adjacent vertical impact elements is greater than dmax, where dmax - maximal size of a particle of the material being crushed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material grinding process.
