FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises cylindrical casing 1 with axial loading and tangential discharging pipes 3 and 2, respectively. Cylindrical casing 1 accommodates top and bottom horizontal discs 4 and 7, respectively, with impact elements 5, 6 secured in concentric circles, each being arranged between impact elements of opposite disc. Impact elements of the first inner row have prismatic ledges directed towards the disc centre. Radial guide ribs with calibration grooves are rigidly secured at bottom horizontal disc. Spacing between adjacent guide ribs makes 2dmax. Sizes of calibration grooves comply with those of prismatic ledges to provide for processing clearance while height of calibration groove makes 0.1-0.5dmax, where dmax is maximum size of ground lumps. Length of calibration groove equals its height.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing.
