FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes. In the cylindrical casing top and bottom horizontal disks are installed with possibility of counter-rotating, they have impact elements secured along the concentric circles, each is located between impact elements of the opposite disk. In central part of the top horizontal disk along the concentric circles the beats row is rigidly secured. On the bottom horizontal disk a conical spreader is rigidly secured, on its surface blades are radially secured. The conical spreader is located on same axis with axial loading branch pipe. Inclination angle of the generatrix of the conical spreader exceeds angle of natural slope of the ground material. The blades have concentric row of slots, average radius of the concentric row of slots is equal to average radius of the beats row. The bottom end of each beat has inclined cut-off with inclination angle equal to the inclination angle of the generatrix of the conical spreader. Radial dimensions of beats correspond to radial dimensions of slots ensuring process clearance. The internal diameter of the beats row exceeds the internal diameter of the axial loading branch pipe. Distance between adjacent beats and adjacent blades exceed 2d, where d is maximum size of particles of the ground material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material grinding process.
