FIELD: valves.
SUBSTANCE: shut-off valve relates to normally open valves and can be used in production facilities with limited access of service personnel, for example in areas with high radiation, fire and explosion hazardous areas in remote areas of operation. Disclosed is a shut-off valve with a drive, normally open, comprising an output link of the drive, a housing with a seat, an inlet and an outlet branch pipes, a shut-off member, a rod retracted by the spring from the seat to a stroke providing a valve flow passage in the initial open position, wherein in initial open position drive output link is installed with clearance relative to rod, and output link of drive interacts with valve stem only towards valve closing. Disclosed also is a control system of a shut-off valve with a drive, comprising pressure sensors at the inlet, outlet and pressure drop at the inlet and outlet, the valve closing pressure setting devices and the pressure drop value of the output link of the drive output to the initial open position, first and second comparators, a command generator for closing the valve, a command generator for retracting to the initial open position of the drive output link, wherein the outputs of the valve closing pressure and the pressure sensor at the input are connected to the inputs of the first comparator, the output of which is connected to the input of the command former for closing the valve, and outputs of differential pressure sensor at input and output and setpoint of differential pressure to drive output link in initial open position are connected to inputs of second comparator, output of the latter is connected to input of command shaper for tapping into initial open position of drive output link, at that outputs of both shapers are connected with drive.
EFFECT: advantage of the proposed valve is provision of valve opening in passive mode both in standard conditions, and in conditions of power supply disconnection at impossibility of manual control of input pressure; valve opens by passive method without command from automatic control system and without supply of external energy; valve is reliable, simple in design and efficient.
