FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and may be used for treating carnivores from otoacariasis caused by the ear tick Psoroptes cuniculi and Otodectes cynotis. That is ensured by applying a preparation containing aversectin C, triethylene glycol, water extract of camomile and water extract of celandine in the following ratio of components, wt. %: aversectin C 0.05 %; water extract of camomile 10 %; aqueous extract of 5 % celandine; propylene glycol 84.95. Preparation is used by direct topical application on the animal's auricle twice every 7 days in dose of 3 ml per each animal's auricle.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the arsenal of acaricide agents.
