FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and can be used for treating or preventing rabbits against psoroptic mange caused by the ear tick Psoroptes cuniculi and Otodectes cynotis. That is ensured by applying a preparation containing aversectin C, triethylene glycol, water extract of camomile and water extract of celandine, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: aversectin C - 0.05; water extract of wild chamomile - 10; aqueous extract of celandine - 5; propylene glycol 84.95. Preparation is used by direct topical application on the animal's auricle twice every 7 days in dose of 2 ml per each auricle for rabbits.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the arsenal of acaricide agents.
