SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of veterinary science, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition used in parasitic diseases of animal skin caused by scabies mites belonging to the Sarcoptoidea superfamily, and acaricidal agents containing such a composition. Disclosed composition contains, wt. pts.: 5-nitro-4,6-dichlorobenzofuroxane - 9; 4,6-dinitro-5,7-dichlorobenzofuroxane - 1; chlorhexidine - 2. Agents for treating parasitic diseases caused by scabies mites include the above composition and excipients at the following ratios of components, wt. %: said composition 0.05–0.1; polyethylene oxide-400 - 4; polyethylene oxide-1500 - 1; dimethyl sulfoxide - 5; distilled water is balance; or said composition - 0.1; polyethylene oxide-400 - 5; polyethylene oxide-1500 - 1; dimethyl sulfoxide - 5; birch tar - 5; distilled water - balance; or said composition - 0.05; ethyl alcohol 96.3 % - 70; dimethyl sulphoxide - 2; distilled water is balance.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a high level of antiparasitic, antimicrobial and antifungal activity, therapeutic effectiveness, with reduced toxic effect.
