FIELD: gasoline production. SUBSTANCE: plant contains appliance for providing with heat mass-transfer processes and chemical reactions; separation means; tank means; and one or several housing-pipe-type catalytic reactors. When catalyst is loaded into pipe or interpipe space of reactor, target product is produced from organic material based on hydrocarbons and/or oxygen-containing compounds by way of feeding raw material or its fraction first into catalyst-free space and then into catalyst space wherein raw material comes in contact with catalyst at elevated temperatures followed by separating reaction products. Regenerating gas, in the regeneration stage, is introduced into reactor or, in advance, into catalyst-free space and then into space with catalyst loaded, or, simultaneously, into pipe and interpipe spaces. When catalyst has been loaded both into pipe and interpipe spaces, in one of these spaces, catalyst contacts with hydrocarbon material or its fraction, whereas, in other space, catalyst regeneration takes place. The two stages replace each other in the two spaces. EFFECT: improved design. 5 dwg
