FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in reclamation of sludge (earthen) pits containing drilling wastes formed during drilling of oil wells. Method includes purification of pit water by means of coagulation, and at positive temperature liquid phase is covered with layer of sorbent granules with water-absorbing capacity. Then it is closed with a layer of mixture of drilling waste and peat. Formation of formed sediment, its removal to slopes of cluster sites or motor roads. Prior to covering slopes with the obtained mixture slopes are pre-coated with a net from composite reinforcement with subsequent sowing of grasses, which use water absorbed by grains of sorbent, which is necessary for growth of plants.
EFFECT: effective reclamation of sludge pits and improved environmental situation, as well as eliminated water losses associated with its flowing along irregularities of relief and natural evaporation; besides, reliable gardening on slopes is provided.
