FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building. Absorber sleeve assembly includes cast housing of shock absorber shell consisting of magnesium or magnesium alloy, and at least one steel connecting bracket. Adhesive layer is formed between the barrel body and the bracket. Mechanical fastening is used to attach cup to bracket. In the cup according to the second version, the mechanical fastening is a self-penetrating rivet. Shock absorber sleeve comprises body and sleeve of mechanical attachment. Body is formed by a dome and a sequence of walls. One of walls has thickness of approximately 2.0 mm. On the body there are ribs for reinforcement of the structure.
EFFECT: reduced weight, as well as damping properties of the shell.
