SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a knuckle holder (that is an arm holding device (70) for fastening on stick handle (1) and having a hand insertion hole (71), a first hand opening (72) for the palm rear side and a second thumb output port (73). Besides, the proposed device comprises the first elastic strip (74), which is arranged between the thumb and the rest of the hand, wherein on strip (74) there is coupling component (79), which can be fixed with an automatic locking in a detachable actuator installed in the handle or on it.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a handle intended for a stick, to which can be optimally attached a heat trap made according to the invention.
