FIELD: personal items; travel accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handle (1) intended, in particular, for sticks used in mountain tourism, Nordic walking, skiing or cross-country skiing. Proposed handle has head (2), body (3) and hook-like component (4), a fixing device holding the hand. Clamping device (5) is installed in the zone of the hook-shaped component and can be shifted, tilted or turned. As a result, loop-like element, ring or lug, which is available in device holding hand, and is introduced into hook-like component, in fact, from above, is fixed with automatic locking in this component. Clamping device is designed in the form of retaining tab, which in locking position sets under itself blocking area (7) for part made in form of loop, ring or lug. In addition, cavity (8) is made in the head and/or body of the handle from above, where clamping unit (9) with or without a clamping device is placed with possibility of displacement and/or rotation.

EFFECT: object of the present invention to provide a stick handle for long-runners, particularly among others biathlon.
