FIELD: walking sticks.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, a stick handle (1) is proposed, particularly for a cross-country walking stick, a trekking stick, a nordic walking stick or a ski pole, with a fastening mechanism for a lanyard (15, 23). Said mechanism located in the cut (8) made in the upper part of the handle (1) allows to fix the loop of the lanyard (23) at different lengths of the straps (15, 15’) thereof. The fastening mechanism contains a clamping element (11) installed in said cut (8) and configured to rotate around an axis (7) positioned transversely to the axis (28) of the stick or the stick handle. The cut (8) is made as a through channel inclined at an acute angle to the axis (28) of the stick, the lower hole (9) whereof is located in the rear part (4) of the handle and is facing the hand, and the upper hole (10) is facing upward, to the upper edge of the handle (1). The clamping element (11) has a lever part (14) located essentially within the through channel wherein the rotation axis (7) passes through said part, and an upper part protruding upward from the cut (8) of the handle with a hole (22) for straps and a surface (12) for application of force. The straps (15, 15’) of the lanyard pass through the through channel past the lever part (14) and through the hole (22) for the straps of the clamping element (11) and protrude with the free ends from the hole (22) for the straps in the upper part. The clamping element (11) is configured to be fixed in the clamping position wherein the straps of the lanyard (15) are fixed by means of a tight fit and/or a form fit between the lever part (14) and the wall of the through channel or the fixing element (17) using a locking tooth (24) of the clamping element extending retractably beyond the protrusion of the handle head or beyond the locking protrusion (31) of the fixing element (17). The clamping position can be unlocked by rotating the clamping element (11) around the rotation axis (7) releasing the locking tooth (24).

EFFECT: technical result is design of a handle compatible with cross-country walking sticks, trekking sticks, nordic walking sticks or ski poles.
