Moreover, the locking device is made in the form of a locking pin installed with the possibility of shift along a shift direction opposite to a returning force direction, while the locking pin is clamped, resting on a fixing pin and/or on an inner stopper in the handle body, and the front part of the locking pin protrudes to an input groove or cutout and limits the limited area from above, and the rear part is installed with the possibility of shift in a recess in the handle body.
