FIELD: vehicle equipment and accessories.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for issuing notifications of a vehicle. Device for issuing notifications of vehicle comprises luminescent device provided on vehicle roof and controller. Controller is configured to control the luminescent device for emitting light when a person present near the vehicle is detected. When a vehicle moves along an expressway or a motorway, the controller prohibits light emission of the luminescent device.
EFFECT: possibility of issuing light radiation for pedestrians, which illuminates a predetermined pattern on the road when a pedestrian is detected.
