FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: adaptive vibration damper of torsional oscillations represents a centrifugal regulator. Vibration absorber includes two-link devices with upper and lower shock absorbers, mass hinge being built between them. Regulator forms flywheel installed on drill pipe. Vibration absorber includes additional horizontally located shock absorbers, each of which is connected to one end with mass-hinge, and other end is connected to drilling pipe. Upper and lower dampers absorbers are located in one vertical plane and installed in hinge joints. Units are rigidly fixed on drill pipe, and mass-hinge is made in the form of assembly unit. Assembly contains a cylindrical hinge, elements of pylon-articulated joints of the upper and lower shock absorbers, an assembly ring fitted on the cylindrical hinge in its central part with fixation. Hinge is equipped with cutter installed with possibility of contacting with well wall.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of torsional vibrations damping, increased reliability of structure and increased indicators of well drilling.
