FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the control of drilling process during the installation of ground screws. Proposed control system is applicable for drilling machines with various types of rotary actuators of ground screws. According to the invention, measuring sensors for torque strengths, immersion depth, rotation speed and screw angle of dip are assembled in the body of measuring module located between the hydraulic motor of drilling machine and the screw with the possibility of rotation during the twisting of a screw. Torque sensor is made in the form of a metal shaft of measuring module connected at one end to the hydraulic motor, and the other with – a screw, and includes a strain gauge bridge and an electronic unit. Casing of the electronic unit is located around the shaft of torque sensor and includes a unit for matching a signal of the strain gauge bridge, an inertial sensor for determining the angle of dip and the screw speed of rotation, ultrasonic horn of depth of immersion of a screw, computing unit, radio interface unit and autonomous power supply. Measurement module is connected by Bluetooth Low Energy communication with the operator's terminal, and further – by mobile communication with a data aggregation device in the form of remote server. Remote server is connected to the work supervisor's workstation with the possibility of information exchange with the operator's terminal.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of measured parameters with the transmission of measurement data in real time via wireless communication with the possibility of archiving the drilling parameters and the formation of a full report on the screw field.
