FIELD: drilling engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling engineering and exploration wells, in particular to systems for monitoring technological parameters of the drilling process, namely to a system for monitoring technological parameters of the drilling process based on a self-propelled drilling rig, and is intended to control, register, display, record, store and transfer current parameters of the drilling process via communication means to control the drilling process. The system for monitoring technological parameters of the drilling process based on a self-propelled drilling rig includes sensors for measuring parameters and a data collection device. To ensure the possibility of an operative assessment of the state of the technological process while drilling wells, the data acquisition device contains a data collection module, a data recording and storage module and a data transmission module, while the data collection module contains one controller or two interconnected CAN bus controllers, and an analog-digital the converter is equipped with a CAN bus connection port for reading the operating parameters of the chassis internal combustion engine from the electronic engine control unit, the data collection module is configured to calculate the monitored parameters and has a two-way connection to the screen for displaying the monitored parameters in real time, to the data collection module through the appropriate ports connected to a rotator motor speed sensor, a pressure sensor of the working fluid of the pressure line of the rotator hydraulic motor, speed sensors of the crown block of the traveling system, pressure sensors of the working fluid of the hydraulic cylinder lowering/lifting the rotator, hydraulic fluid level sensor, hydraulic fluid temperature sensor, data acquisition module is connected by a two-way CAN communication line to the data recording and storage module, the data recording and storage module is two-way connected to the data transmission module equipped with a port for connecting external communication channels.
