FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil production in a well operated electric centrifugal submersible pump, namely to methods and devices for action on pumping equipment in order to destroy scales on its working elements and start-up of cleaned electric centrifugal submersible pump in the well. Method for launching an electro-centrifugal submersible pump (ECSP), which is sealed, in the well is characterized by intense vibration of the submersible electric motor (SEM) of the pump in a short period of time by intermittently changing the phase alternation in 3-phase electric circuit of the SEM by means of diodes connected by one ends to two phases of the SEM, and by other two ends - to transformer of submersible pump (TSP), after preliminary disconnection of electric circuit of two phases of electric circuit of SEM from last, with subsequent short supply of electric current to SEM with duration of 3–5 s. Device for implementing said method includes mounted on board diodes, equipped with connecting elements at ends for connection through them by one ends to two phases of three-phase connection of electric circuit, going to the submersible SEM, and by other ends - to TSP, after preliminary disconnection of electric circuit of two phases of electric circuit of SEM from the latter.
EFFECT: provides for quick start-up of ECSP sealed in well, which will allow to reduce oil shortage, to reduce number of underground well repairs due to salt deposits, to increase overhaul period, to reduce costs for repair, dismantling and installation of new plants.
